OpenCart CRM Extension: This module is the ultimate solution to manage the existing customer and prospective customers. It allows the admin to include the sales agent in the store to manage the customer. The admin can assign roles to the sales agent. This will help in the increment of the conversion rates and sales in the store. The store owner, as well as the sales agent, can view the source for creating the leads.




How to check this module?

- For checking the admin panel of the module, you can click on the "Demo" button then in the header, you need to click on the “Back End”.

- For admin login, you have to use the below given credentials

        - Username : demo

        - Password: demo

- For CRM User login, you have to use the below given credentials

        - Username : John

        - Password: John

- After login, you can check for the module's configuration by navigating to-- Extensions > Extensions > Modules > CRM or you can directly redirect to Webkul CRM > CRM Module link.

- For customer login, you have to use the below given credentials

        - Username : demo@webkul.com

        - Password: demo
