If your customers have any queries or if they want to find solutions to frequently faced questions then they can easily do so by checking the FAQ section of your website. This gives customers a chance to figure out things by themselves. Customers can read the answers to the general question in the form of FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions). The Opencart FAQ lets admin display the framed questions and answers. This module adds an easy way to use FAQ Section to your Opencart store with jQuery powered animation.
How to check this module?
- For checking the admin panel of the module, you can click on the "Demo" button then in the header, you need to click on the “Back End”.
- After login, you can check for the module's configuration by navigating to-- Extensions > Modules > FAQ.
- For admin login, you have to use these credentials- Username : demo
- Password: demo
- For checking the customer view, you can click on the "Demo" button.
- For customer login, you have to use these credentials
- Username : demo@webkul.com
- Password: demo
