Opencart Product Question Answer Version 2 is a superb module by which user can post a question for particular products and can get the answer to that question. The admin can approve or unapproved any question and can even delete any question from the admin panel. This module is very beneficial in clearing doubts of the customer before buying products.
How to use this module?
- For checking the admin panel of the module, you can click on the "Demo" button then in the header, you need to click on the “Back End”.
- For Admin login, you have to use these credentials
- Username : demo
- Password: demo
- After login, you can check for the module's configuration by navigating to-- Extensions > Modules > Product Question Answer.
- For checking the customer view, you can click on the "Demo" button.
- For Customer login, you have to use these credentials
- Username : demo@webkul.com
- Password: demo
